Shipping Policy

At Royal Jewelry, we ensure that your purchases arrive safely. We offer shipping to all 50 states in the USA.

• Delivery Time: Orders are delivered within 5 business days.
• Free Shipping: Orders of 25+ grams include free shipping with insurance coverage.
• Shipping Fee: A nominal fee of $35 is applied for orders below 25 grams, including insurance.
• We do not ship internationally; we ship nationwide within the USA only.
• We will not ship a piece until the payment is fully proccessed by the bank

Returns & Exchange Policy

Royal Jewelry values your satisfaction. While all sales are final, we allow exchanges under specific conditions:

• No refunds; NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS only exchanges are allowed within 24 hours of purchase.
• Items must be returned in their original condition with no signs of wear or damage.
• Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange process.
• Damaged or defective items must be reported immediately to qualify for a replacement.
• Jewelry pieces that have been sized or custom ordered cannot be exchanged or refunded.
• Sizes of online jewelry pictures are not exact. Jewelry pieces may be out of stock but may be reordered. Prices are subject to change due to the gold market price.
• If you need to exchange a piece, you MUST only use Royal Jewelry's shipping label slip. Please call us at 551-339-4444, and we will provide one for you.

Layaway Policy

NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS. NO EXCHANGE ON ITEMS RESIZED CUSTOMIZED OR SPECIAL ORDERED. We do not exchange with coins or bullion.

• Layaway items must be paid with 50% or the agreed-upon down payment.
